Mouth of Fiume Santo River

Seaside edge of the Agriates desert is very different than its inland. It's formed by wonderful beaches lined with low trees, green shrubs and colourful flowers. Several rivers flow from the desert into the sea and create beautiful coves. This photo shows the mouth of the Fiume Santo River into the Gulf of St. Florent. Around the mouth is a beautiful lagoon of sky blue shallow water, sparkling in afternoon sun. The photo (at least the one of mine) can't record true beauty of this place.
